Wholesale Terms & Conditions 2021

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully; ordering goods from Helen Round indicates that you are in agreement with them.

1. Minimum Order Value

For first time customers of Helen Round, the minimum order value is £150/$250 plus shipping at cost, payable by proforma invoice. Future orders have a minimum order value of £150/$250 plus shipping at cost. All orders are payable by pro-forma invoice.

2. How to place order

● Submit your order via our wholesale site at www.helenround.orderspace.com

● You must be a registered user to view this site. If you have not yet registered please email info@helenround.co.uk with details of your business. You will be sent login details.

3. Payments

Payments can be made by direct bank transfer into the Helen Round bank account; details can be found on your invoice. This is our preferred method of payment. Please contact us if you wish to pay by any other means.

4. Shipping and Delivery Window

All orders will be confirmed in writing and an estimated dispatch date will be given at that time. As a rule, please allow up to 7 days from the time of your order for completion of items and dispatch. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us in advance for information about availability if you have a specific required by date.

5. Shortages, Returns, Damages or Defects

We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items. Please notify any order shortages to us in writing at info@helenround.co.uk within five days of the delivery date quoting the invoice number and the shortages.

Please contact us on the above email address within five days of delivery date if you have received damaged or defective goods. Once we have received and checked the goods they will be replaced with new merchandise. No return requests for damaged or defective items will be accepted fifteen days or more after the delivery date.

6. Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

Products or goods purchased from Helen Round must be sold at our suggested RRP. In the event that a Wholesale Customer chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, written permission must be sought in writing in advance from Helen Round.

7. Wholesale Pricing

Helen Round reserves the right to vary prices, product descriptions and website content whenever necessary. The prices displayed on our wholesale product website pages are excluding VAT where applicable. A detailed VAT invoice will be issued by email once your order has been placed.

8. Third Party Websites

Helen Round reserves the right to protect our brand and determine where our products are sold. Helen Round grants permission to the Wholesale Customer to sell Helen Round goods on their own generic website. Under no circumstances must goods purchased from Helen Round be sold on Ebay, Amazon, Trouva or any other third party websites. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions we may withdraw our permission for you to sell Helen Round products immediately.

9. Content, Copyright & Image Rights

We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to change any of our products without prior notification.
